Insurance Broker
We are looking for two new partners with experience in sales and customer management
(preferably in insurance and financial products) to join Iordanidis Agency.
The selected partners will be responsible for supporting and serving the portfolio of associates from our Branch Office, who are approaching retirement.

The Profile of an Insurance & Investments Advisor
- Building long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients
- Identifying the needs and goals of prospective clients
- Designing tailor-made insurance plans based on the clients’ needs and objectives (individual insurance policies – corporate insurance plans)
- Providing ongoing support and customer service for both individuals and corporations
Experience & Skills
- Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Openness to personal coaching and a commitment to continuous professional development
- A strong willingness to help others
- Results-oriented mindset and the ability to plan and manage daily tasks effectively
